Many may look at your veil and beard with a scornful face
You'll hardly pass them by
Without sensing their grimace
But what you may never realise
Is how they feel deep inside
Which some if not most may never relate
Some envy your courage
For standing for what is right
And they know well in their hearts
That you're on the right side
Of which their vain bond to this world
Which's nothing short o' shackles
Is their greatest obstacle
In achieving likewise
Some want what they feel is best for you
But they still ignorantly confuse
Evil for good
When they see you grasp the burning coal
The heat searing through your skin
They often can't push back the upsurge of sorrow
That disturbingly erupts from within
You'll hardly pass them by
Without sensing their grimace
But what you may never realise
Is how they feel deep inside
Which some if not most may never relate
Some envy your courage
For standing for what is right
And they know well in their hearts
That you're on the right side
Of which their vain bond to this world
Which's nothing short o' shackles
Is their greatest obstacle
In achieving likewise
Some want what they feel is best for you
But they still ignorantly confuse
Evil for good
When they see you grasp the burning coal
The heat searing through your skin
They often can't push back the upsurge of sorrow
That disturbingly erupts from within
Hoping to rush to your 'aid'
And relieve you of such faith
Which subjects you to 'bizarre' stress and strain
They try so hard
To get it off your hands
Because to them
Its just too strange
They keep forgetting
No pain No gain
Not knowing
That Tuba- immense glad tidings
Patiently await the strangers
Some worry about the new public opinion of you
Because they care
Your fitting into the hostile society
Worries and causes them to fear.
This fear of theirs you have to work hard to allay
As you prepare to meet the pay-day
And relieve you of such faith
Which subjects you to 'bizarre' stress and strain
They try so hard
To get it off your hands
Because to them
Its just too strange
They keep forgetting
No pain No gain
Not knowing
That Tuba- immense glad tidings
Patiently await the strangers
Some worry about the new public opinion of you
Because they care
Your fitting into the hostile society
Worries and causes them to fear.
This fear of theirs you have to work hard to allay
As you prepare to meet the pay-day
